What I’ve seen over time is that progress really accelerates when there’s clear structure connecting all the moving parts. Sales, marketing, finance, operations when these areas are aligned, the business tends to move faster and with less effort.
It’s not about adding more complexity. Often it’s the opposite. Fewer moving parts, clearer roles, better information, and more productive use of time.
